Distric Journal

The 2009 District Journal is available here as a PDF download.
Right click on the link or the "click here" box. Select "Save Target As..." 
(For Mozilla Fire Fox, choose "Save Link As...)

Make sure the "Save As" dialogue box is set to the right directory and click on "Save."

When finished, navigate to the place you saved the file and double-click it.
