Our Mission

We will build strong, healthy churches that have the resources and will to plant strong, healthy churches.

Approximately 20 million people live within the borders of the Eastern New York/New England District of The Wesleyan Church.
We exist to reach the six states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont for Jesus Christ.
It is our passion and intention to do all we can, with all the resources that we gather, to make significant spiritual inroads into the communities that are within our geographic borders.  Some 147 of the communities in our region have a population of over 15,000 with few, if any, Wesleyan churches actively engaged in meeting the spiritual needs of the people who live there.
We are committed to planting effective Wesleyan churches and empowering existing Wesleyan churches to become healthy and productive in reaching people for Christ and assisting in the process of planting new Wesleyan churches.
We receive our marching orders from Jesus Christ Himself in Mathew 28: 18-20:
"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them inthe name
of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them
to obey everything I have commanded you.
And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Standing atop the Prudential Building overlooking the expanse of the Boston area.  I was overwhelmed with the grace and love of our Lord wanting to touch every person in this great center of intellectual thought as well as areas where some of the poorest in our nation live.   I was honored to join the ENY District leaders to pray throughout these areas.  I believe we are going to see God do "Greater Things " through us because of His Holy Spirit continuing to be poured out on all people in this day.
